"I travel frequently for work—sometimes four or five times a month, both within and outside the United States. Over time, I’ve stayed in many hotels and interacted with countless staff, but among all of them, the Crowne Plaza Milan Malpensa Airport stands out as the best. I have stayed there multiple times, and each experience has been consistently excellent. The atmosphere of the hotel is incredibly warm and welcoming, making you truly feel at home. The staff’s service and professionalism are outstanding. I would especially like to mention Vincenzo Ferreri, whose leadership as a top manager has played a key role in making this hotel one of the best. His friendly and genuine approach—so characteristic of the kind Italian spirit—creates a lasting impression on every guest. Another team member worth highlighting is Fabiola at the front office. She is kind, polite, and always welcoming, with a lovely smile and a charming Italian accent. She goes above and beyond (within her role) to ensure guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Also, as someone who truly appreciates good food, I have to mention that the breakfast at this hotel is excellent. Thank you once again for such a wonderful experience. "The hotel’s location is outstanding - right across from Tower Bridge, which is truly incredible. However, the property itself could benefit from a complete renovation. The exterior feels somewhat worn, and both the lobby and guest rooms would improve with updates as well. I didn’t try the food, so I can’t comment on that. On a positive note, the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming throughout the stay."

"Clean decent sized room, the two twin beds are a bit small but it was ok for us. Breakfast is very good with many options. Hells Kitchen restaurant is fantastic for a special evening or a celebration. The menu is concise but the oysters, wagyu meatballs and roasted cod were great. "
