"There's no water for part of the day, so take a shower early, and you have to pay in cash whatever they tell you to pay at the property."

"Expectional service throughout my mini vac"

"Food service is slow and food poor. Staff generally not helpful, other than the bell hops and pool staff. No waste plug/waste stop in hand basin and front desk refused to deal with this. Didn't set up room card payment properly. Pool is good but not enough to outweigh generally shambolic service. Seems to have a lot of business customers who probably have no choice where they stay."

"La alfombra del lugar huele a humedad y los servicios de alimentos no estan disponibles después de las 6 para poder comer algo al regreso del trabajo."

"The wait time for breakfast is too long. Customer service is slow"

"I had a great experience will visit again. Thank you for your service."

"Nice hotel next to Emancipation park for a safe, happy peaceful 1/2 mile loop jogging/walking track. Gym is nice for travel amenities. Pool is a shallow wading pool. Smoking area is one bench without a covering, many people have to stand in the rain or near main entrance. Would be nice to add a smoking area by the pool bar area."

"Good place to stay"

"Breakfast was the nicest part of the stay. The location was also relatively ok. The room was not warm and inviting. The employees were pleasant, security, front desk clerk as well as the persons serving or tending to the breakfast. The rooms was not ready for the guest "myself". The air-conditioning was not turned on, the fridge was not plugged in. The oder in the room was not pleasant. The bedding was not clean. The sheets were soiled or stained and the rooms needed to be treated for bugs."

"Clean room owner was very nice and helpful I will definitely be back again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"It is old and haggard. The staff isn't eager or helpful or interested in guests. The dinner staff is SLOW they tell you nothing about the property when you arrive. They don't seem welcoming and it's like a ghost town. Rooms are well worn wayyyy past its prime. It's no Ritz!"

"Great Privacy. Decent suite. Friendly host. Look forward to October or November"
