"This is a super charming small hotel (10 rooms) in a quiet area of Amboise yet still just a few blocks from the Palace and other great sites. The staff is OUTSTANDING. Jean Jacques the owner greeted us at check in with an employee named Angel. He recently purchased the hotel and Angel joined his team this week. "Location was great and room was spacious - extra points for a great shower. Breakfast had many options and we enjoyed this every morning. Within walking distance to many of the local attractions and on site parking was a perk also."

Mais le pire C’est le petit petit déjeuner qui ne comportait que des produits sucrés et pas de charcuterie etc L’hôtel est assez loin de la ville pour y aller à pied et en plus grande dénivellation Personnel Ok "

"Olivier was an exceptional host! Incredibly welcoming, gave us a tour of the hotel and our rooms, called the restaurant to make dinner reservations for us that evening and gave us several other recommendations. Poppy (dog) was so sweet, my wife wanted to take him home with us. The rooms were HUGE and perfectly decorated. I only wish we set aside time to walk the grounds / park across the road/stream. This by far was our favorite stay in all of France! We highly recommend! "

"It was a great find for us! Amazing spot, great people, very good breakfast options in a charming dining area. You can have your breakfast in and out-doors. We didnt take dinner at the ai erge but i bet it was delicious! Next time we are definitely asking for dinner."

"The room was fantastic and the staff very accommodating. The linens, bed and toiletries were amazing. Only drawback was roof repair on portion of chateau so arrival photo isn’t great. It did not impact our visit at all."
