"What a great hotel! Everyone and everything was amazing! What impressed me was the ramp-style sidewalks leading from the parking lot to the doors. No lifting luggage over curbs or into the doors. There was so much green space for the dogs! It was very quiet. Breakfast was great! A very calm and peaceful environment. Many restaurants close by with some within walking distance."

"We were informed after paying for the room that their elevator was down and would not be repaired during our stay. We were told there was only a room available on the third floor. Thankfully she rechecked and was able to get us a room on the first floor that was just finished being cleaned. When we got to the room, the floor was sticky. They had a loose cover on the chair (I didn’t dare look under that) and the floor which was not carpeted was peeling up. The next morning we went to breakfast which we always look forward to at Holiday Inn Express only to find everything was out. No eggs. No cinnamon rolls. No toast or bagels. No oatmeal. No yogurt. Nothing….other than some sausage links. We waited for half an hour and nothing was replaced. I would understand if this was right before they were closing, but this was at 8am. I would not stay here again. First ever bad review of a HIE. "

"The room was paid for before check in thru Expedia. When I checked out, I was asked to pay again but the clerk explained that he couldn’t give me a receipt because I booked thru a third party. This seemed odd to me but my ride was waiting so I left. Upon my return home, I realized that it was paid for twice. Since I have no reciept, I have no proof. Terrible way to conduct business "

"Need to be cleaned, stair carpet were very dirty, not vacuumed , stained, worn.. entrance from parking lot was never locked, cardkey reader was missing. Breakfast consisted of bread, bagels, could cereal, pop tarts. No milk. No hot food."
