"I really want to leave a bad review so nobody uses this property and it's always available for me!
But, I just can't. This stay was really the highlight of a long trip. The Collect Residence was BY FAR the best place we stayed out of hotels in Split, Rome, Florence, Venice, Budapest, and Bratislava.
The price was great and the property was very clean, usable, well maintained and convenient.
All of that would have been enough,
'but wait! There's more!'
The staff was wonderful. Pleasant, ...

"This place was incredible! We were in Prague and Vienna before this and both places were approximately the same price, for much less. This room exceeded my expectations! The room was spacious, furniture was comfortable and extremely clean. The staff at the hotel were wonderful. I have no complaints at all. I would recommend others stay here.
Also, an extremely convenient factor to consider is that this hotel is walking distance from a metro line. We bought a 72-hour travel pass and were able...

"The hotel was modern and well presented however we had some issues which spoiled the trip.
The carpet had not been hoovered when we arrived, I asked at reception for this to be cleaned next day (and for 2 subsequent days) but it was never vacuumed despite the rest of the room being cleaned. There were pizza crumbs and loose threads on the carpet and stains which spoiled the appearance of the room. Despite mentioning this daily, it was not dealt with.
The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable....

This hotel was everything! Perfect location. Comfortable. Great service. Spacious and very warm. The bedroom was great and the bathroom was also great. I literally could not fault anything about this hotel or this stay.
