"Friendly welcome from staff. Room was basic but clean and well presented. A welcome bag with toothbrush and snacks was a nice touch. I used this hotel as it was 15 minutes drive to MAN airport and I would recommend it."

"Accommodation at The Bowling Green is excellent. There are several rooms in a self contained annex right next to the pub. The rooms are of a very high standard and guests have access to a continental breakfast and a mini fridge in the room. We have stayed here many times and have always been impressed. Staff are lovely and always happy to help. Highly recommended. "

The Belmore is a beautiful building. Arrived with a smooth check in. Directed to our room. We stayed in a family suite; clean and well presented with attractive decor. Beautiful big bathroom, the main part of the room had twin beds and a sofa and tv. And another separate double bedroom. Plenty of space for us (a family of 3). "This property was perfect for our needs, working at a conference in the city. We arrived 9pm and left early both days, so just needed a place to sleep. Private carpark round the rear of property. Close to metro (tram) stop and an easy 20 minutes by car from the city centre (less for Salford Quays or Old Trafford). Apart from check-in we never saw anyone during our weekend stay. Host was contactable by mobile if we needed (which we didn't). Self service breakfast provided (cereals) as under new...
