"It is a lovely property with very helpful staff. The location is excellent. We easily walked to Notre Dame, the Louvre, Saint Chappelle and the Consiergerie. Our room was made up every day which doesn't happen everywhere. The hotel offers a very nice breakfast for a fee which we took advantage of. There are many great places to eat very close to the hotel."

"I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who is traveling to Paris and would like to stay near the Louvre. This hotel hit all of the 4 "C"s that matter most to me when traveling - Convenient(ly located), Clean, Comfortable, and Cute! I loved my room, everyone who worked in the lobby was friendly and helpful, and it was probably the best sleep I have had while traveling in a long time. There were so many things to see within walking distance and it is near various metro stops as well. Did I mention that its right next to the Seine, and Pont Neuf? I hope to visit Paris again and have another stay at this great hotel!"

"We’ve found hairs on bed, but looks like the bed sheet has already been changed. Hotel is under renovation, it blocks some of the window views from outside. No complaints about the location, it is close to Louvre and Notre dame Cathedral"

"The staff were not very helpful as we had a late check in, and the room with the view of the Eiffel Tower is not great and definitely not worth the money we paid. We were going back to Paris 2 weeks later as we love the city with friends and have booked a hotel from round the corner from this one as the area is a lovely spot. Overall disappointed in the hotel and lack of service apart from when checking out the lady at the desk was lovely."
