"The front office person was very rude to the customer. We asked for 1 more bath towel but he said itโ€™s not authorized. Refused to give us a towel. They provide a towel later. I never met any hotelโ€™s front office person is rude to the cusomers."

"Good location, very close to the bus terminal. Beautiful view over the river and the fortress. The room was nice and big. Breakfast was good and varied: I stayed 2 nights and there were different dishes the second morning, which was very nice. The young woman at the reception was lovely and very helpful."
