An older place that has been well maintained. Rooms are small but all functions. Need a good night's sleep... you will find it here.

The room had all the essentials, desk, wifi (not too fast but it worked), fridge, shower. There is soap bars provided but no shampoo. Parking can get tight.

A very nice budget hotel

My room was spotless. For a budget hotel it's a bargain.nI stayed over the weekend Fri, Sat, Sun and Mon. It was very quiet with almost no activity the area in front and by the rooms were neat and in order. I would recommend this hotel.

It’s great for a 2 star. Clean. Bed was good. Shower wasn’t hot. Towels are old. They are rough and more of a gym towel. Property is dark and parking is tight.

Just what we needed

Is a very little room but is enough for sleeping, is not fancy but it was very clean and easy to access, we have a one bed room and was very comfortable, the parking was free and next to our room, and the price was very convenient for what we needed, I was a little expecting after reading the bad reviews but we just needed a place to sleep for the night and this was the best choice, is not a vacation destination but if you just need to rest is a good choice, clean, cozy and comfortable.

For the price paid, the room should be more cleaner, the sheets were having stains, the bathroom shower was defective, water coming underneath of faucet, when trying to use it, towels needs to be replaced, as they are in pretty bad shape.The fridge was bigger than what we usually see in a hotel room, AC was working fine, flat TV on the wall working properly as well, WiFi was ok .

The owners of the place were nice. This place charges you right away; the evening I arrived, I paid. They don't wait until the next after you leave to make the charge. The floor was dirty, so my feet turned black, the bed decor sheet had some dirty spots on it, the location of the air conditioner unit was facing my head, so my upper body was very cold, the towels are clean but very scratchy. The place have nice owners. It's good space for a short stay.

Nice & clean - lots of trees & plants look good

The check-in was very easy - especially since we arrived late. The room was comfortable and clean, the plants and trees around buildings added a nice comfortable peaceful feel.

We travel on a budget alot!

This is a very budget friendly, clean, basic motel decor, cozy room.. Perfect for quick trips, where being in the hotel is to sleep and get gone. Private, off street parking, we always request the small bungalows, they seem more private, and nobody above or below you ;). Nothing fancy by any means, but definitely a good stay for price.. We've stayed many times, to access Silverstrand Beach and the Amphitheater for concerts.. But, we are not in need of "amenities" or in need of newer facilities. Never any issues with unsavory individuals walking around, or feeling "unsafe" or being "on gaurd" that you sometimes get at some motels in the same area and price range.

Needs work.

Keep in mind it's a motel. The rooms do need renovating, our a/c did not work. Smell is pretty stagnant. The building seems under renovation after an incident. Customer service could use some work, language can be a barrier. Area is quiet at night, good for a last minute stay option.

When u read the reviews they r pretty bad so i was concerned cuz it was the cheepest room n sd. But very pleased. The bldg is old but its ku. Im not boogie and its not luxary but it will do this everytime i come in. I say if u got a good price then this is the perfect room. I recommend and am very satisfied

If you’re looking for a cheap motel near San Diego, Coronado, and more, that’s safe and relatively clean, this is it. As a broke college student traveling with her partner, this is my motel of choice for 3 nights. Check in was fast and easy, they put us in a second floor room and the motel has its own secluded, private parking lot; no need for parking on the street. We had a nicer car, so we were worried about that, but not once during the entire stay were we ever worried about the car. No shady people in the motel parking lot, felt totally safe. Even a nice popeyes right next to the motel!! Room was relatively clean for what you pay. Shower was surprisingly great, good water pressure. Sheets were clean, had a pretty big TV. TV was semi hard to navigate. Included a HDMI cord, so we hooked up my laptop and it worked great. Included a fridge and microwave in the room. Overall good, would stay here again. Pleasantly surprised with the quality. Pros: felt safe, relatively clean, quick check in, free wifi, microwave and fridge, good bathroom cons: wifi was very slow, tv hard to navigate at first

they put a 100 dollar hold on my account that wasn’t told to me beforehand and then not returned until checkout. This was in addition to the room rate. I had to be given a remote control with my room key?? Never had this done before. Also in your listing on Expedia it stated that they offered roll away beds free of charge,this is one of the reasons i picked the room, they do not. And we’re adamantly clear about it. The rooms weren’t bad just not great would have been better with better with good customer service.
