"We were told our room was actually 10 min walk away from where we checked in then i was told we could pay $75 to upgrade the room to save the walk. We ended up paying since we already parked the car and took all our luggage out. I wish we could have been told earlier there were two different towers located 10 mins apart by walk or 2 min apart by car so I can just drive straight up to the other tower."

"The New York West restaurant was wonderful. We spent our $25 credit every day there. Jeopardy on Thursdays is Jeopardy night. Our gang of 10 loved it. The area around buffet and bar reeked of vomit daily. They mopped with a dirty mop. Ugh. Our only complaint. The hotel was beyond expectations. "

"Overall great experience but the abtbroom door was really loud when you opened and closed it. Areas around the sinks rim were dirty and on the door you can tell it was freshky painted because the paint had come off. Other areas too paint was coming off due to not letting enough time for it to dry first before door was closed. Beds were great, view was great and in a great neighborhood. Farmers market in the weekend was a nice surprise as well"
