"Clean rooms"

"We had a girls staycation trip to this property for the Labor Day holiday weekend. We enjoyed our time together, but there was one particular staff member who made it difficult to get good service. When we got to our room and found a light bulb was out in our bedroom area. We were told that maintenance was gone for the day and we couldn’t get a replacement bulb. After constant back-and-forth with the desk staff person we were finally able to get a lightbulb. When we asked for additional towels...

"Location was good. Plenty of parking space , easy access to highways Interiors , esp the corridor carpets look a bit dated ."

"Easy access to the highway in a very nice neighborhood rooms were very clean. Breakfast was excellent. Had lots of choices clean area. Had dinner at the restaurant and and service was perfect and delicious."

"I liked that they worked with you if you had to extend your stay for a while. Only thing is having the rooms clean upon request. They were short staffed but they still did there best. I requested an room.to get cleaned and nobody came, but the staff is very accommodating and I would still give a 10/10. Definitely would recommend, maybe small breakfast for people that are extending there stays as well. Enjoyed my stay! I will definitely come back one day."

"The bathroom had hair and soap residue left in the shower. There was hair on rhe hand towel. Spit on the mirror. When I asked for it to be cleaned, I was told house keeping left for the day."

"The hotel looks updated but nothing was finished. The tv didn’t work so they found us another room. That room was right next to the noisy elevator and no knobs or handles on drawers and doors. They didn’t have any Keurig cups for the room coffee maker so you have to go to the lobby. Not very convenient at all! And hardly any other people in the hotel so no reason to put us right next to the elevator. Would not recommend this hotel"
