"We had a three-night stay in early May 2025. The room was fine. However, housekeeping apparently didn't visit our room even once during our three-night stay – not even to empty wastebaskets, much less straighten the room. We expect better."

"Do not stay! Something always not working in works! On top of all of that, attempting to take $700 of money I paid for 13 nights of stay. Wont give me a room after was already paid. Horribly unhelpful and rude staff. Horrible service. Randomly get a $10 charge on my card from the hotel. Cannot not recommend enough!"

"I must say, I had an amazing and relaxing stay at Royal Park. The pictures truly don’t do it justice; the property is absolutely beautiful, picturesque, and incredibly charming. It’s located in a quaint area and manages to feel both luxurious and cozy at the same time. The staff was wonderful; everyone was so kind and welcoming. I had breakfast at Park 600, and it was excellent. The portions were very generous, and the Peach Palmer drink was absolutely delicious. My room was excellent as well. The creek view was peaceful and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind after a long day. Although the hotel was very busy, especially in the lobby with multiple events taking place, you would never know it once upstairs in the room. It was quiet, serene, and I slept like a baby. The bedding was extremely comfortable, and housekeeping was prompt and attentive, adding to the overall pampered experience. I loved every bit of my stay here. Next time, I’ll definitely take advantage of the valet parking just to elevate the pampering experience even more. I traveled to Rochester from Massachusetts for a graduation, and after all the festivities, I genuinely looked forward to returning to the hotel each night. Wonderful place, oh and the lobby smells divine!"

"Staff was absolutely wonderful, one of the nicest staffs I have been around at a hotel and we travel as a family quite a bit, the only negatives for me is there was a used wash rag that was missed in the bathroom, the shower curtain was dirty and the bed was a little firm. The bed you could tell was new but from a personal preference it was a little firm is all. Other than that the breakfast was amazing and everything else was great."

"Pool closed. Rooms in disrepair. Had to move 3 rooms first heat was stuck on and pull-out couch wouldn't close. 2nd room had no hot water or lock on the patio door on 4th floor. 3rd room had to hold toilet handle down to flush anything."
