"RIght next to airport yet is completely silent. This is an excellent hotel, service was fantastic, room was large, service was amazing (really amazing help at and after checkin). The place was immaculately clean.

"So excited when seeing the Japanese room style which has futon, tatami, sliding door that separate bedroom and bathroom. The room is well prepared and lastly its location is not far from train station to airport also Aeon mall."

"Love the american standard heights, like bed and lavatory. King size pillows were so fluffy. Blinds were room darkening. Overall it was a welcome change from the typical japanese standards. Would definitely recommend."
"Grand Sapporo Hotel is in good location and easily access to Sapporo subway station or Sapporo JR station. All staffs have very good service mind and friendly. The breakfast is very wonderful. We will stay here again."
