"We are visiting family who live down the lane. When we first arrived they had us in a room above the entrance. Since it was warm we kept the windows open but unfortunately could hear people as the exited the building. The owner allowed us to move to a quiet room. The owner,Dave, is wonderful. Allowed us an early check in. Dave is also the chef and did a stellar English breakfast!"

"We stayed here to go to Cheltenham Football Stadium. It was a short walk and we enjoyed our stay. Parking in Cheltenham town centre is tricky."

"Very enjoyable stay. Room was clean and very comfortable. We had an evening meal which was fabulous and breakfast had a great selection too. We found the room a little warm but other than that it was perfect."

"Don't be put off by scaffolding & work going on outside. Inside is very cosy & clean. Warm welcome from owners. Room was a good size for a single with a spacious bathroom. The continental breakfast was superb. Only a couple of minutes walk to parade and all the amenities. Will definitely return next time I'm in Leamington. "

"Lovely place, unstaffed but easy access. Only issue was it was very hot even with a fan on a day that was 20 degrees C outside, so would be unbearable in the height of summer. Fan was in the room, but didn’t do much. Open windows wouldn’t have helped due to road noise. "

"This is a beautiful property within easy reach of Stratford upon Avon. Our room had a stunning view, was beautifully furnished with a super comfy bed and included a fridge with water and milk, and tea and coffee making facilities. The bathroom was spotlessly clean with a huge modern shower and large fluffy towels. There were plenty of choices for breakfast and it was all cooked perfectly. Everything you need to either eat in the apartment or take advantage of the multitude of bars, restaurants and cafes in the Town centre. Large screen smart TV with a the usual apps already installed.
