We had a great stay at the Lansdowne Hotel. It was clean and the breakfast was more than adequate. Leamington Spa is a nice little city, the location was great for walking to restaurants and shopping.

The hotel was virtually in the centre of the town, so it was very easy to explore places of interest. The continental breakfast was good value and it was very extensive. The hotel was on the corner of two streets but there were no problems with noise from the traffic. Overall it was very reasonably priced and unexpectedly better than we anticipated. However, parking is very limited so get there early to ensure a space.

Gem of a hotel in Leamington spa

After friendly check in arrived in our Comfortable room. Heard quite a bit of noise from traffic early in night no noise from other guests though Lovely Breakfast whith plenty of choice Allowed to leave our car after check out which was a bonus would recommend this hotel

2 night midweek stay

Don't be put off by scaffolding & work going on outside. Inside is very cosy & clean. Warm welcome from owners. Room was a good size for a single with a spacious bathroom. The continental breakfast was superb. Only a couple of minutes walk to parade and all the amenities. Will definitely return next time I'm in Leamington.

Bowls visit

Hotel was ok for our two night visit to England Bowls tournament in the town. Good central location & we were able to get one of the few car park places. Our room was at the front on first floor & there was a lot of traffic noise, in the morning particularly.

Close to town, clean friendly and good value

The hotel was clean, friendly and good value, the continental breakfast was plentiful. The staff were great and we got a parking permit which was great. However there was scaffolding around the building and around 9 am on the second day there was hammering and banging almost outside our window. We were not informed that this would be happening. Overall a lovely hotel and very close to everything in the town and I would stay again
