"We booked a room for four people but only had two sets of towelling and had to ask for more. The safe was not working When we had breakfast (arrived around 9.15 am) there was no hot water in the pot to make tea - although staff did give us hot water for the tea when we advised them of this and there was no chocolate in the hot chocolate machine and despite advising staff no attempt was made to offer hot chocolate. It seemed refills were not happening after a certain time"
