"The staff was great. Thank you to Jacob for helping us get a late check out. Thank you to Chad who helped us with our bags. And to the shuttle drivers who took us to and from the airport.

"The property is a 3 minute drive from the airport but it's not walkable, so you must take one of their shuttles which drives every 15 minutes. The hotel itself is nice but the heater in my room wasn't working."

"I booked on Expedia but there must have been a glitch in the system.The booking reflected one instead of two occupants. That meant that only my husband could have breakfast. "I loved everything about this hotel. After speaking with Tamsyn for several months, she (and the rest of the staff!) made sure my visit was exactly how I wanted.
The food was spectacular. Hats off to the chef.
My massage was wonderful, as was the tour of the house. Highly recommend for a perfect experience. Thank you to everyone!"

"Dining room staff were not good at taking an order for an evening meal and following up that the meal had been delivered to the table. The vegetables and fries were cool indicating that perhaps the meal was waiting around. There were not many smiles either.
Conversely the reception staff were excellent. they helped with changing the room to a twin and to help organise a tour for the following morning. They also had lovely smiles as did the breakfast staff. Excellent omelette."
