"The staff was exceptionally helpful and welcoming. The room was clean and the second bed was in an adorable bunk with a ladder. The area was quite nice. There is no motorized roadway beside the hotel, foot traffic only so middle of the night was very quiet especially once the restaurants closed. We got a complimentary bottle of prosecco on arrival. The area was very walkable and safe. "

El hotel muy bonito todos los detalles son lindos, las habitaciones muy comodas y no se escucha nada las que dan a la calle. "Great location. Walking distance to all the major sites and markets. Very attentive and service friendly staff. Breakfast was good ... try the hot chocolate. Room was spacious (we had an apartment). Valet parking was appreciated ... otherwise we would not have found a parking spot. Stayed 5 days and loved it."

"This is by far the nicest place we have stayed in Palermo. Great area (2 mins from Teatro Massimo), great places to eat locally and easy to walk to the rest of the city. Hot showers, comfortable beds, quiet side street so there is minimal noise (we stayed for New Year and there was a huge concert 5 mins walk away and we cold not hear it!). Bus stop for airport shuttle bus is 10 min walk away (goes every 30 mins). Hosts were brilliant and even suggested places to eat and visit. Very clean...
