"This is a great hotel- the staff is amazing! Very kind, they care about you being comfortable in the apartment (which was a beautiful space!) and around the city. They were proactive before our stay, helped show us how to get in, offered to help with navigating the city. "The place inside is perfectly comfortable, breakfast is good , service as well Close to everything. Only recommendation would be when dropped off by transportation :taxi or uber ask to be dropped off on the main road Via carbonara if you don’t want to have a scary moment walking through small alleys , believe me is not the greatest first impression."

"This was our second stay in Ciao Bellini this summer. We had two balconies to look out, a beautiful and a very clean room. Beautiful place to stay, in a very good location, near metro. Will return for sure! "

Arianna, the host of the hotel, met us and showed us to our spacious, newly renovated room. Fortunately there’s an elevator to accommodate large bags. "The property and room was great and organisation of the accommodation was excellent. Breakfast was good. Matteo was a great host, very knowledgeable and friendly. There was a lot of noise from street level which made it difficult to sleep - perhaps better soundproofing would be good. "

"I stayed for one evening. I really like the room. It was spacious in the bathroom was just as spacious. It was clean with working AC. It was in the perfect area where you could shop and get great food as well as just walk around the city of Naples. It was a great experience and I’ll definitely come back."

"This room was perfect for our stay in Naples. The main floor had a big bed (possibly a king), and there was a cozy loft with a daybed. We appreciated the abundance of hangers both upstairs and down, along with a railing for hanging clothes. The small balcony overlooking the lane below added a lovely touch of charm.
