You need to know this is a second floor walk up, if you have luggage it’s a long trip. Gulia was helpful with bringing it up. Gulia was very helpful with booking ride to the airport and info about where to eat. Communication was very good, they rechecked on our arrival. I found the bed and pillows comfortable.

This was the perfect location to walk everywhere in Napoli. The proprietor is an absolute gem. He is kind, patient and gracious. He even carried our luggage to the taxi. We did learn that 65 steps is to the 2nd floor😃 There is no lift/elevator so you will be carrying your luggage up stairs. The treat is when you get there this 1670’s building is fantastic! We were not disappointed at all.

Clean room. My only concern was the check-in: We arrived on a Sunday and I think we were the only ones in the building. A staff person was supposed to open the door remotely but did not buzz us into the building at the confirmed arrival time. Otherwise, the room and amenities were lovely and we received great tips on where to eat and visit.

Very homely and a quiet space away from the bustle or Naples. Giangi went out of his way to ensure that everything was fine. As I visited over New Year it was great to have super easy radiator heating in the room and bathroom! Home comforts super helpful!

We had a wonderful stay - the room was fabulous, the location great and the breakfast was delicious. Served in the cafe downstairs - simple, but just what we needed to start our day. But most of all was the warm welcome we received from the owner and staff that made our trip all the more special. We would not hesitate to come back to this hotel when we come back to Napoli - and we will as soon as we can.

Giuglia and Giangi had my wonderfully designed apartment reservation with a fully equipped kitchen ready for me for an early check-in and we're always available for me on WhatsApp for any questions. My room was on the top floor so I got exercise since there are no elevators. The shared living space is historic and well designed from the era of The Borbone. Very helpful and kind staff at Le Stanze del Principe just minutes from The Ortobotanico off Via Foria.
