Clean and comfortable rooms, and staff allowed for early check-in which was very convenient. I would recommend the facility owners to install smaller lamps next to the bed as there is only the bright main light."

Loved that breakfast and kayaks were included. Staff was really nice. Good value too. Staying here was like the best of both worlds with the convenience of staying in Panajachel but views being on the lake, especially if you only have a couple nights at the lake. "

Located on the quieter side of town, this hotel is about 1.5 miles from the Embarcadero for San Pedro and San Juan. Laundry services are available for a reasonable price. "Staff was so welcoming. I was surprised when I saw them meeting us down at the parking lot (2 of them) giving us a warm welcome and offering to carry luggage/bags. Room had a great view of the lake and volcanos, bedding was comfortable and bathroom was clean. Entire room was so spacious. Breakfast was nice as well with a combination of many things we liked. Food and drinks were great. To top it all is the view of Lake Atitlan and the volcanos from the infinity pool. That is magical."
