"The attendant, Steve, was extremely helpful but the front desk, various individuals were both uninformed, and unhelpful. The stairs between the lobby and the fourth floor looked horrifyingly filthy with litter and debris. That area should not be avilable to guests if theyre not going to pay attention ..."

"Hotel was overall good, clean. Good location, good for price. Staff was just ok, contacting them was not easy pre arrival and even while there. I asked for two things that I basically had to follow up on by going downstairs to talk to someone. But overall it was fine, I would stay there again."
