Hot water pressure was very very low. Had to leave the shower running for an hour turn it off completely then turn it back on for the pressure to work.

Staff was amazing, we were sad to go was fancier than I was used to. So many items required room key to function but i caught on and not feeling judged by not being sure what to do was appreciated.

Eurostars Magnificent Mile
Room was extremely small and talked to front desk and they were extremely nice and upgraded the room. The room gets extremely humid which is a problem if you want to do your hair because it turns into a frizzy mess. Hallways smelled like weed the first night. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all ...
