"Super convenient location with very close CTA bus stops to connect you almost anywhere you want to go. Close to walk to the many shopping options on Michigan Ave. the lobby/common areas of the hotel were beautiful. The room was fine, had everything we needed (though a microwave would have been nice) but it looked like they did some repairs in and room but didn’t finish them well so there were patches in the wall paper- small things that just stood out when the main level looked so luxurious."
