Bathrooms and furniture was not clean at all. Splatter of dark brown-red substance on lampshade. Bathroom shower grout had similar brown-red stains and hair stuck in tub. Otherwise good. Room was spacious.

The room was clean and beautiful, but the front desk staff and valet experience were horrible. The hot tub was also broken and we didn’t find out until we were already at its location. Excellent staff, very friendly, the rooms are always clean and comfortable. I do think they need to work on the heating and cooling system in this older hotel
