"The staff was very nice and helpful in arranging an elephant sanctuary tour and even opened the kitchen early for us so we could breakfast and make the tour pickup! Spacious family room. Excellent location in center of Old City. Clean. Quiet, for the exception of plumbing pipes that banged - a simple plumbing fix of a hammer arrestor could help there ;)"

"Due to the location, we had a lot of problems with the mosquitos around the hotel. The A/C also made really loud noises, which made it hard to fall asleep. Room was nice and tidy."

"great location in the old city, lovely rooms. Breakfast buffet was decent from 7am-10am with different choices everyday. The shower was a bit intermittent in terms of hot water and the water pressure was weak at times (assuming this is because when many guests are using the shower)."
