A beautiful and unique hotel. The room was beautifully decorated. Beds were comfy, although the pillow were too bulky and difficult to sleep on. The location is great, walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops. A beautiful temple was nearby. The spa was fantastic and at a very reasonable price. Will stay again.

This property is located nearby several important touristic sites within walking distance. It is on a very quiet street. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the pool at the end of a long day. We were served a wonderful comprehensive breakfast everyday and the front desk was so kind to provide us to go breakfast on our departure day at 4 am in the morning.

I spent my birthday visiting the wonderful region of Chiang Mai and this property for my very first trip to Thailand- the staff were so friendly and even gave me a small cake and decorated my room so nicely to celebrate- I love the breakfast options with so much variety it kept me full most of the day- the room is so spacious and I had a balcony view- definitely 5 star accommodations but quality of service makes it 10 out of 10 for me- will definitley cone back to my new Phra Singh Family

I just can't get over how gorgeous this property is. We were able to check in early (which really made our day considering we just came off of 20 hours of flying). They have a very delicious breakfast buffet and our room was so spacious! They also went our of their way to make us to go breakfast boxes for when we left super early on a tour and also our check out day as we had to leave at 5am for a flight. The laundry option was really nice as we needed a refresh before we headed to our next destination. Also, this property is so close to everything, we walked everywhere and was easy to navigate from the hotel.

Absolutely the most amazing customer service of my life. I have never in all my years been treated as good as I was at this hotel. Amazing staff, beautiful rooms, gorgeous atmosphere. I felt like I had walked into a proper Thailand resort the way the hotel is decorated. The room I stayed in the first night wasn't good enough so they upgraded me free of charge. Absolutely will be staying here again next time I am in Chiang Mai.

Beyond Words Spectacular

It is a quiet, unique boutique vibe hotel. It is well appointed, they have thought of everything! There is no way to improve upon this hotel's offerings. There is a tea service and a daily massage. The grounds are peaceful and lovely. The service is impeccable, they anticipate your every need. The staff could not be any friendlier, supportive, and helpful. Words cannot express what a gem this place is.

Beautiful property, kind nice attentive service. Couldn’t help to feel bit pretentious. Bathroom configuration is the worst I ever seen. Not sure who designed it. Water flows all over the floor . It’s a major slip hazard if you are not super super careful.

The map location on Hotels.com is incorrect. The hotel is actually on the Southeast side of town, not the west side (i.e. farther from the action), so that was frustrating. Otherwise, the hotel was great. The pool was strategically shaded, which made it quite refreshing to jump into given the warm temperatures. Breakfast buffet had lots of options.

The entire experience with staff and property was amazing until we wanted a cab to leave to airport. It wasn’t expensive at all it was just disheartening that after having a wonderful time they told us are bags would be too big for regular cab so without saying it basically refused to get us a cab. They provided hotel van for 250 baht which again is inexpensive but we arrived we same luggage with left with and from airport it only was 89 baht. Besides that entire staff was friendly breakfast was delicious and every other time we needed to get a cab or ride to a destination we had no issues. I would check out Chai Lai Orchid elephant sanctuary it is run by local indigenous people and amazing time. Central Festival mall is also a sight to see. Happy travels.

Very disappointing experience. The pictures promise more than the reality. The hotel is definitely too expensive for the service provided. Noisy rooms and third class breakfast. At check out a fuss was made about a missing room plastic card. Really unworthy. In short: Once and never again.
