"My day was good, friendly staff, clean hotel room no complains here"

"I would advise you to sleep in your vehicle. This was one of the worst. I don’t think I will ever stay at a Red Roof again. Paint pealing in the bathroom. Walked in and the room smelled old and musty. Top comforter had a stain on it pulled back sheets something was on sheets we decided to do the other bed. Went next door where housekeeping was cleaning showed it to her she just kept saying i am sorry. There was a language barrier then when I looked down at the door a huge water bug (roach) was on the floor on its back . Had a family member on the first floor a water bug just walked under the door wile he sitting at the table eating. He called front desk and the arrogant guy just said” anything else” I wouldn’t want my dog to stay there if I had a dog! This is not a corporate hotel everything is deceiving online! They have older people doing the housekeeping that can’t speak English. I guess it’s okay to pay for rooms that look like that in their country . I was highly disappointed and will never do it again. Front desk is very rude and have no customer service skills."

"I really enjoyed the stay, staff was very welcoming, polite, made you feel safe.. If you needed anything it wasn't a issue for staff to accommodate you.. Very clean.. All areas.. Breakfast was outstanding... I would recommend the Hampton Inn to anyone... "

"Loved it. Great atmosphere, everyone that works there are very down to earth and friendly. Room was great, very clean and comfortable, and extremely quiet and relaxing. I’ll definitely be back and recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place that they would love. I guarantee you wont regret staying here. 5 stars "

"The hotel was nice and the staff were friendly… It was clean and beds were comfortable… Our only complaints would be our sink in the bathroom drained very slow but we dealt with it… the biggest thing was the ice machine was always empty of ice ( there were soccer teams staying that weekend) only having one ice machine for a hotel that large isn’t a very good idea. We thought there should be an ice machine on each floor…but for sure more than one!! "

"We stayed here in February of 2020. At that time the hotel was great. This past visit was disappointing. Supposedly the property had been completely renovated, but it was not as attractive as it had been in 2020. Also, even though there is a parking lot, we were charged for parking. On a positive note the staff was very nice. Overall, I would not recommend this property."

"The free breakfast was delicious, I appreciate the staff person that made sure the breakfast items were sufficient. Our room and bathroom was nice and clean. The reception lady was so nice and smiley. I definitely recommend."
