"Our stay was brief, one night, arrived at 9pm and left at 7.30 am. Room was a good size, private bathroom clean and pleasant. There is no reception so it's necessary to confirm an arrival time whereupon somebody will be on hand to let you in and show you around. Very helpful people run the place, I was in contact via WhatsApp a number of times pre arrival as we were delayed enough route. We got to Pisa unexpectedly late via Flixbus at 20:50 due to train strikes and the owner helped us to arrange...

Both the restaurant and the enoteca were closed because it was low season, but I had chosen this resort because it had a restaurant. Amazing view. I did not try the pool as it was closed. "

Die Zimmer waren zu Beginn sehr sauber und wurden täglich gereinigt, das ließ leider in den letzten drei Tagen vor der Abreise etwas nach. Es wurde nur noch oberflächlich gesäubert. Das Personal im Landhotel an sich war aber top und sehr freundlich! Man fühlte sich wohl"

"The room was comfortable and roomy. It was literally right next to the Tower and Duomo complex! Staff was super friendly and spoke English well. I liked that they had someone available at a desk all day and that they could stow our luggage after we checked out. My only complaint was that our room was right next to the door and we could hear every time someone came in or out VERY clearly. It was only a 10 minute walk to the Pisa San Rossore station so if you’re coming by train, go there instead...
