"We enjoyed the cleanliness of our room. They are also soundproof and the view to the garden is so nice. The parking area is convenient. The pool was so clean. Staff is very friendly and willing to help. The breakfast is great and the staff of the restaurant were wonderful. Thank you for the hospitality and good service."

"We came here for the last stop of our Italian honeymoon and were certainly impressed by the property, amenities, room, etc. but we were truly enchanted by the staff who did everything to make our stay the most memorable of our lives. There are too many people to mention them all by name but particular standouts were the bartender Alessio who, over the week, took us on a tour of various Italian amaros as digestivos, Mattia who was always happy to chat with us about the latest events of the Giro in the spare moments when he was wasn't tending to guests, and Vassilios who, on short notice when a wine tasting wasn't available, helped us pick a few bottles and walked us through the tasting notes and experience. Never in my life have I felt so much at home at a hotel. Considering the price, I initially thought this would be a once-in-a-lifetime experience for us, but now I anticipate it may become a required stop on any future European vacations we take, because it was so, so worth it."

"No 24 hour shuttle to airport as advertised (it cost about 100-200 euros to get your own transportation). The hotel Charges 2.5 Euros each way for their shuttle to and from the city. The shuttle drops you off about a mile from the actual city center no where near anything and it has other stops on the way, it also has limited pick up and drop offs. It is cheaper and more convenient to take the city bus. The air conditioning was blowing hot air on the lowest setting the first 2 nights, the best the hotel offered was a fan, no one came to inspect or fix after 2 calls. It was well over 80F in the room, it was much hotter inside than outside. this force us to open windows to cool the place down, then we where eaten alive by bugs because they don't have screens. overall not impressed. The menu also only included extremely fancy dishes that seemed overpriced and didn't offer much for the common person. the hotel wasn't near anything so you really have to plan ahead for food so you don't have to pay 40 euros each way for a taxi."

"A gorgeous property staffed by kind and helpful folks. Breakfast was quite nice and was fairly priced. The views from our fourth floor windows were breathtaking. It IS quite the journey of all the stairs, though. (No elevator, of course.) We hated to leave and think often about when we might plan to return."

"If you are going in summer, go somewhere else... It was 30.5° and the place has no air conditioning, well let me correct that, they had a unit in my room, but when I lifted the panel the controls were broken out. Anytime I was in the room I was sweating, absolutely ridiculous. The woman at the front desk told me to open up the window, but the window opens to the busy, noisy street. I paid to have breakfast included and it was terrible, I didn't even bother going down for breakfast the 2nd day it was so bad. I will never book there again."

"This place was amazing - we didn’t want to leave. The property was beautiful. The staff was so pleasant & exceptional. It was a dream staying there and we didn’t want it to end. They have so many fun activities although we only engaged with the wine tasting - which was fantastic - nice job, Gabrielle! The location was great - easy to get into Florence, and we also did a day trip to Pienza & Siena - not bad at all. Highly recommend if you want to experience that castle - Tuscany - vineyard vibe for a couple days."
