Manipulative behaviour for not doing what doing what that was supposed to be done for special events, my birthday, … they destroyed my plans and didn’t assume the responsibility The toilet had problem The check experience was poor For a 5 stars hotel, I never experienced any issues like these."

"We stayed at room 2222, it needs a wooden door in the bathroom because the glass door offers zero privacy. It also has one glass wall in the shower. The room was small and hot even when the heat was off and the window only opens a few inches. The air conditioning wasn’t working during our stay. The hotel offers buffet service for breakfast, lots of options. The area where the hotel is located is walkable, it has a subway station very close and there are a lot of restaurants in the area."

"Muy buena elección. Para llegar en súper fácil, la zona es tranquila y segura. Cuando llegamos la atención del staff fue muy agradable. La habitación limpia y con todo lo necesario para tener una buena estancia. De verdad que un hotel para regresar varias veces. El único detalle es un por fuera hay zonas de L fachada que se están pelando lo que daría un aspecto no tan bueno, pero después de la estancia, queda sin importancia "

"Really great location near parks, transit and the royal palace. We used it as our hub for trips to other cities. Staff were really nice even though my Spanish is hardly worth attempting. They were also flexible about storage between our two stays. You could certainly use their breakfast buffet every morning, but we found a really nice cafe down the block that was great too."

"Location is great and convenient. There is a common area that you can buy things from the supermarket next to it and eat there. It is very close to the Principle Pio, so easy for those who wants to visit Avila or El Escorial. It seems also quite a safe choice. Overall it worth every penny. I will rate it 4.5 for the sound insulation not so great. "
