"Staff was incredibly friendly. The rest was subpar. Room were cleanish as far as clean sheets and bathroom. But there were rusted fixtures in the bathroom and bedroom, the hallways wreaked of marijuana (I’m asthmatic so this really affects me, plus my children), the door to the room was flimsy, and the road noise was extremely loud. I was excited for the kids to swim but the pool was essentially the size of two hot tubs and was not heated (as advertised). Pictures were a bit deceiving. I would not stay here again. "

"Check in was easy James at the front desk was awesome. All staff was caring and professional and nice. The restaurants were great with quality food. And if you need to use FedEx for any reason, they are very helpful."

"We came to Hollywood for a play at the Pantages and chose this location for proximity and price. I'm glad we did. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and eager to make our stay a good one. The room was clean, and comfortable and provided every we needed. I appreciate that they didn't gouge us for parking like most other places do. Next time we are in the area for an event, we will definitely come back to stay here."

"For being such a famous iconic landmark it was run down, limited in staff(no valet!), the towels were worn like rags. The bar staff and bell hop was great as he had worked there for many years. Overall, super disappointed for the rate and for the anticipation we had for spending the one night we had in LA at the Biltmore. "

"This is my second stay here. I hesitated to stay again based off my first stay. Location was the most important thing (next to Cedars) so we opted for here again. I'm glad I did. The room this time around was soooo much better. The layout was much better. The square footage was much more comfortable. The beds... just everything about this stay was better. The staff was great both times, but this time they really gave that extra touch of personal service. We enjoyed the bar this time around and look forward to visiting it again. We need to be at Cedars next month as well and we'll definitely be staying here again. But we'll make sure to ask for the same kind of room again. "
