Maria, the manager, was very nice in making sure our stay was nothing short of excellent. The waiters, Jose & Hector were also very professional and always provided us with excellent customer service. We will be staying there again. "

The food melted in your mouth… the only complaint I have is the air conditioner heating and cooling in the room, it was either full blast cold or full blast heat. it did not adjust to whatever temperature you wanted, and it had a constantrattling noise… "

"This hotel room was apartment sized. We had plenty of space, and it could have slept 6. The desk staff person, Carlos, was amazing! Communication throughout the stay was great. Parking was in a parking structure that was only a 2 minute walk away; I don't know about overnight but during the day, there was always an attendant, so the car felt safe. Thanks for a great stay!"

"We love everything about this hotel. The beds were amazing and sheets were clean. Love the bar down stairs. They also have a revolving bar but one MUST get drinks in order to sit there to enjoy the view. The sad part was the pool closing at 7PM which is way too early. The only disappointment was the spa. We got some complimentary LED treatments but no one was there for at least 20-30 mins. "

"Excellent spot to experience LA Live and catch a Lakers game. Check individual night prices as costs escalates over 200% on the night of a game. Hotel was clean and tidy. Breakfast included was a bonus. Free access to gym. Rooms with small living room and kitchen were excellent meaning a separate space to relax after a long day sightseeing. Good central spot to pick up Ubers and Waymo (driverless taxi). Overall thoroughly recommend "
