We stayed 2 nights at the Omni. Staff was very helpful. Even though we didn't use the valet parking service, the staff still offered to help us get our luggage out of our car. Checkin was fast and friendly. The location was a nicer part of DTLA so we felt safe. The room was comfortable, but it was clear that it was an older hotel. I think that for a "luxury hotel" that they would have nicer towels, as some were a bit torn. Wished the shower and sink faucet had more water pressure. The beds were comfortable. The TV was on the older side, not as user friendly as newer TVs. We had a nice view of the plaza from a higher level room. It was nice that the hotel room comes with 2 free bottles of water every day. Extra tip: we found that there are refrigerated water bottles right outside of the hotel gym so if you need water, you know where to go.

The Omni was amazing! The staff was so helpful with anything we asked about… from questions about going to Dodger’s stadium to taking us to pick up our rental car. The room was so nice and very clean. The gym had a variety of equipment and we enjoyed using it. Location is perfect… the Broad and MOCA is a short walk away.

I stayed at the Omni 3 separate times within a couple of weeks to provide support for my child studying at the Colburn School of Music. Each time I stayed, the hotel staff went above and beyond to help with things that I needed. At a time when customer service seems to be struggling, I felt that the front desk staff were amazingly helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. It is also very close to the Disney music hall and it has a nice mix of restaurants close by. You can walk to a number of places to get fast food, or you can also walk to a couple of very nice restaurants. It was a very comfortable stay. Thank you Omni Los Angeles!

Everyone was overall helpful and very kind. There was one desk associate who a little standoffish when we asked for something. Even though we previously called to verify if our request could be accommodated and the original associate was more than happy to assist. Maybe there was just a team communication mix up. Also, there was an unexpected $163 fee for reasons I’m still unsure about. I paid through Expedia, so paying more at the end defeats the purpose of using them to save money. But all in all, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely return. The location was very convenient and I loved the included pick up and drop off options for places that were close. They always opened doors for us as well. I’d recommend this place to others.

The location was perfect for us. Close to Crypto, Pershing Station (quick subway ride to Hollywood), and Grand Central Market. We traveled with our children and really enjoyed the hotel. The Omni exceeded expectations, largely thanks to its staff — genuinely warm, attentive, and enthusiastic despite how busy the hotel was. That energy carries throughout the property. Valet is pricey but worth it; they're on the ball and have your car ready in minutes. The breakfast buffet is simple continental but well-maintained — fresh fruit and ingredients are clearly a priority. Rooms are clean, the on-site restaurant is solid, and the little extras they offer are a nice touch that elevates the stay. Would definitely return.
