"Room was spotless, and smelled amazing!! The housekeeping staff were kind, and friendly. Breakfast had a good variety of offerings, and was tasty. The check-in staff were good, but we encountered a couple grumpy desk clerks during our stay. We had a great visit, and would stay again."

"Bryce and Forrest were very accommodating in moving us to another room because the heat wasn’t working properly. Could not be more pleased. Customer service A+. The breakfast is second to none at any hotel you will go to. Bob is a farmer food truck entrepreneur and has taken over the breakfast and lunch menu and it is absolutely fantastic! You must try his eggs Benedict with his homemade hollandaise sauce. We will definitely be back!"

"This property is a little run down, and my room was missing key components like a luggage rack, tv remote etc. Then after housekeeping service they did not refill the coffee nor did they give me a new bath mat after they took all the towels. The food in the restaurant was so-so. Front desk was very nice however."

"The hotel is located next to an interstate that was loud at all times. The room and breakfast were average. If you were attending an ASU game, I could see staying at this hotel to be near campus. I wish we would have looked at somewhere near Scottsdale. It would’ve been a lot better trip."

"Safe and quiet area. Near a lot of nightlife and restaurants. Room was decent, beds were comfortable but tall. Bathroom had visible water same with mold on the ceiling and wall. However it was other wise roomy and clean. Plenty of parking (really shouldn’t have to pay $15 bucks additional to park at place you are already paying to stay). We did arrive about 30 minutes early but room was ready and front desk staff got us right in with no problem. Would stay again but recommend cleaning the...
