Very nice property with friendly staff and clean rooms, very nice bathroom and small fridge/microwave. Beds are comfortable and nicely furnished. Unfortunately the HVAC system in room 314 sounds like a jet engine every 30 mins when it starts so our sleep was constantly interrupted.

The hotel was very clean with attentive staff that provided excellent service. The breakfast was delicious and free coffee is served in the lobby during the morning. The front door also locks after 11 and requires your room key to open it, which made us feel safe. I would recommend this hotel for those staying in the Tempe area.

First time at this location and very happy with my visit. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Room comes with a mini fridge and microwave which was helpful for saving on drinks and leftovers. Spacious room with comfortable bed and nice bathroom.
