"The property is quite tired. Rooms need serious update. Bathroom tile has mold in showers. Bed mattress was not pleasant. Few electrical outlets. TV slightly larger than a computer monitor. WIFI does not work in the rooms. Linen needs replacement. Bathroom supplies inadequate . Parking poor. It appears that it may at some time been used for a children’s camp. Those points not withstanding , the property location and views are very nice. Pool is good. Price reflects quality . Online...

"I couldn’t even get to the venue, they didn’t answer their phones for a whole two days when I was trying to explore how best to get there. Very poor service, called, sent emails, no response. Never again!"

"Relais Sant’Elena is the perfect retreat after the go-go-go of city travel - a peaceful, sanctuary to slow down and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The food was unbelievable: farm-to-fork in the truest sense, simple cooking done perfectly at both breakfast and dinner. We wish we could have stayed longer and hope to be back! Highly recommend, especially for a convenient place to stay before flying out of the Pisa airport."

"Wir waren eigentlich nur für das Andrea Bocelli Konzert in Lajatico in der Gegend - zwar 45m weit weg - aber wir wollten ans Meer. Tolle Gegend - ein echter Badeurlaubs-Ort - ansprechend - und das Hotel auch. Rezeption Top! Service beim Frühstück ebenso! Sehr nette Menschen - teils perfekt deutschsprachig und sehr kompetent. Jederzeit wieder..."

"It's a beautiful B&B in a lovely small town. Each room is decorated very European with marble stone bathroom, etc... It was a bit hard to find parking in the town. The AC was working but not very strong. One of the nights, we had appertif at the local town center and enjoyed live music. There's also a really good restaurant in the town that requires reservation in advanced. Overall, a very unique experience"

"Vista stupenda, personale gentile e pronto per risolvere nei limiti del loro possibile. Note negative ,camera calda climatizzazione inefficiente. Mancavano prese per collegare i dispositivi , abbiamo dovuto staccare la tv per ricaricare i cellulari, asciuga capelli non funzionante."

"Wij vonden het een goed en fijn hotel! We zijn er 9 dagen geweest. Het was schoon, personeel zeer vriendelijk, allemaal van receptie tot schoonmaker en dichtbij het strand. Restaurantjes en supermarkt op loopafstand. Alhoewel wij de restaurantjes in Bolgeri en Bibbona centro lekkerder en authentieker vonden. Iedere dag een schone kamer en een heerlijk balkon. Wij hebben genoten."
