"Ci siamo trovati molto bene,la colazione è a buffet ,il personale cordiale.Essendo Marzo la piscina non l'abbiamo usata.Per me che vengo dalla Val Padana i saliscendi per il parcheggio sono stati un po' impegnativi.Comunque grazie a voi tutti(della Villa)"

"Really nice scenic view to Volterra, typical oil trees and fields around. Calm and relaxed evironment, ideal for longwalks and relaxation. Pool is also enjoyable even in October. Room was nice and clean, wifi working well. Restaurant was excellent, the wild boar dishes can recommend! Staff friendly and helpful. Washing clothes was also possible so if you are mid trip or longer staying that is also an advantage. Enjoyed our stay there!"

We were not able to get breakfast but they amazing offers for breakfast and can deliver to your villa. The reception is different property which is about 8-10 min drive not so convenient but the staff are very helpful and very accommodating. "Great staff who were amazing with my 1 year old. Beautiful grounds and the patio area outside the room was lovely and gave us some free time whilst baby slept. The bar food and breakfast was excellent and the restarting on the 2nd evening was equally has good. Thank you!!"

"This is a beautiful property with an unusually accommodating staff. They took me to my event which was a few kilometers away and picked me up free of charge. Also, they arranged a ride for me back to the train station. They made everything very easy and stress free! "

"Such a nice breakfast out on the patio. Quiet, peaceful. Took a dip in the pool which is gorgeous.. unfortunately weather not super warm during our visit but still enjoyed a refreshing dip! Loved our hike to SanGimingnano. Be aware that this is kind of a remote property, but it is beautiful and peaceful. Its up a windy dirt road. We stayed for dinner two nights and enjoyed the property and hiking. Very nice and helpful staff."

"Hotel is right in the center of Gimignano. The staff were nice and able to check in early at 12:30pm. The room is large, clean, and quiet. The shower flow is very good but the tub is leaking a lot. Nearest parking lot is 600 meters away in P2 - parking lot is open and cost 15 euros per day. No in and out privilege. I would love to come back and stay here again."

"Conveniently located close to the centre and the parking (if driving). Our room had also a kitchen. Very clean and comfortable. Only cons is that there is no elevator (our room was at second floor). It was not a problem for us but very important for people with walking difficulties. Highly recommended. "
