We called the front desk to report a minor issue we were having we the AC and it took 2 munutes for maintenance to get to the room and it was fixed in 5 minutes. This was our second time staying at Novotel and will definitely be returning for a third."

"The location was perfect. Everything was very walkable and safe. The only negative was the hot water was not steady in the showers (we stayed in the villa). Also, the beautiful church on the same block rang every 15 minutes which was a little annoying at times. But sitting out on the balcony in the evenings with a glass of wine on this beautiful side street was a highlight. The villa is adjacent to the mayor's residence so security was always present.
