"We only stayed for one night but had a great overall experience. Staff were very helpful and courteous. The hotel amenities were high quality and our room was very clean. The only "con" to report is that the hotel could use a little TLC in some areas."

The sink in my room drained very slowly and the faucet in the tu dropped continuosly. Many of the outlets didn't work. But in all fairness that may have been me. "The service from beginning of your stay until the end of your stay is as consistent as can be. I’ve travelled everywhere… four seasons ect and the Sofitel legend Panama is right up there with any of them. The food was phenomenal… all the bartenders weee phenomenal… the front desk staff goes over and beyond to make sure your stay is immaculate. The area the hotel is in is perfect… I highly recommend this hotel"

"The young lady that picked me up at the airport was one of the nicest, nicest human being I’ve come across. She was an ABSOLUTE darling. The hotel is small and not what most Americans are used to. However, I found it to be clean and comfortable for me 5 hour stay. I missed a connecting flight and had to spend the night in Panama City, Panama. I would stay there again if this happened."
