"Room is small but cozy, bed comfortable. i stayed only for 1 night because of long layover, airport pick up is very handy, thats because you expect the hotel to be close to airport as per indicated in the map but it is actually located downtown Panama City, 20-25min from airport and you have to account for that transit time. Staff is very welcomed."

Two negatives, outdoor hot tub was colder than the pool, but pool was perfect. Outdoor bar, restaurant or no where could you charge anything to your room. Hard to to have cash when your at a swim up bar."

"The hotel is in need of maintenance; the carpets in the hallways are dirty, and there is a strong smell of dampness. The rooms do not have hair dryers, and if you require one, you must request it at the front desk."

"Beautiful and comfortable room, comfortable beds, and working AC despite the power in the whole city failing for a few hours. The pool is small but very nice and clean. The staff is quick to help and always with a smile. The room keepers do a good job, however, if you are going to tip, tip directly to the people that help you because I noticed some supervisor going onto rooms to grab tips before the cleaners can. The French toast and pancakes occasionally sat too long under the heat lamps and became a bit tough, but overall the food was still good. The staff more than made up for it with their service."
