"Staff super friendly and helpful"

"I do not know the different neighborhoods but this place was scary, lots of illicit stuff going on right in front of us; gates around everything. My sister-in-law made a joke about a Schitt's Creek episode," whoever is closest to the door gets killed" something to that effect. Guy at the front desk was very friendly. For the price I paid, it was convenient for an arrive late/leave early type deal but I expected something more like a Hampton or Fairfield Inn."

"I have stayed here about three, maybe four times… The property is horrible, mostly people engaged in illegal activities… Rooms are lightly cleaned and you should be cautious if using their towels, bring your own… Twice now the air conditioning system didn’t work… Furthermore, this last time when the room didn’t have air conditioning, it took me over an hour to resolve as they didn’t want to issue a refund nor let me change rooms; but, I was finally able to move to a new room… However, fast forward a few weeks when I need a room for a night again, I am banned from the property! I assume they don’t like guests holding them accountable as just desire the criminals who won’t complain or make them fix their property!"

"Pool was closed for renovations and they didn't give us any notification. Lots of homeless people around the area too."

"Breakfast was not ready and the breakfast area was dirty. When we called the front desk for extra towels and tp they told us that we had to wait our turn fkr house keeping to be imon our floor "
