"Wir verbrachten 4 Tage im APEX, Bath. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, das Personal ist überaus freundlich. Zimmer super. Die Eierspeisen könnten einen Tick besser sein. Ansonsten sehr empfehlenswert"

Potential but not quite hitting the mark

"Overall our stay was good. Service was really lacking though. There is a lot of reliance on digital solutions for the customer experience but it really isn’t great and trying to get hold of a human is hard. Common sense seems to have departed this world now. Our room was really nice but the balcony ..."
