"Room was as expected, bed was like double size USA mattress, staff very helpful carrying my heavy bags up 2 floors. Room did not have faciel tissue but there was abundant toilet paper. Perhaps face tissues not expected in mexico? AC worked great, took me a bit to locate the AC remote on wall near door. Was not aware is walk up only, they should specify in choosing room, no elevators in this property. Praise God He has healed my body and I successfully navigated the stairs carrying my ancient 20pound doggy several times each day."

"Everything was good, except, they forgot to do cleanup while I was out and just remember until later. It might have been communication issue. By that time, I just wanted to rest and told to just clean the bathroom, the bed was fine."
