Excellent boutique hotel in a great location. All staff were great, but a special shout out to Dustin and Ormar in the breakfast area which were both exceptional and very attentive. Very good breakfast! Will definitely stay here again if I visit Guadalajara.

I stayed here for almost a week and it was perfect. The room was very clean and the staff was super helpful and friendly. You feel completely safe and relaxed. Located in a very nice neighborhood. The restaurant was super nice and convenient. I would stay here again.

This smaller hotel is either a renovated or modern building. We stayed five nights 9/11-9/16, 2026. Everything was clean inside and out. There’s a small patio in the front with a couple of small tables and chairs. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect for being close to shops and restaurants in Colonia America. Rooms have a nice large shower and modern bathroom, AC works great, quick and easy elevator (6 floors total with one restaurant level and one lobby/parking. There’s a restaurant and bar area, but we only ate there the last morning and the food was okay. Tons of economical great breakfast options within a few steps away. San Pedro Cafe, Kali Krepes, etc.

The hotel was neat and clean-both the premises and the room. The staff were very helpful but only a few spoke English. It’s a very small boutique hotel so don’t expect bell service, laundry service, etc.. The tiny restaurant was always staffed but it’s very limited in menu items so we didn’t eat there (other than breakfast which was included) even when it rained. We opted for a “City View” room but it’s not really a view so maybe not upgrade. The hotel is on a 1-way street with inconspicuous hotel signage so taxis have issues finding it (Uber was okay since they use addresses) which meant the taxi driver from the airport dropped us off across the street a few buildings in front & we had to walk ourselves and luggage to the hotel. It’s not a hotel problem but more of a logistics issue so be mindful if using a taxi. Overall, the staff from housekeeping to waitstaff to front desk were great.

Great Boutique hotel , great location and immerive experience. I suspect the building has plumbing issues with toilet /connected to shower and secondary "fumes" and water smell ....i believe the hotel is aware of it ! we were on top floor, but secluded from Traffic noise, which can be problematic for light sleepers. Enjoyed the exquisite decor. I recommend it
