"Amazing staff and room "

"Great location with an excellent rooftop restaurant . The food, view and service were excellent. The location is perfect for walking all around Old San Juan and also near the cruise port . Ask for a room with a window. Our room did not have a window which was a bit uncomfortable. Other than that , the room was very nice . "

"EXCELLENT staff, and the QUIRKY nature of the place. The whole hotel was an homage to the film 'Casablanca' - amazing. Management does seem to like it the place COLD, though - a bit of a shock when you enter the place. But as I say, the staff was excellent, and very helpful, especially when it came to checking in early."
