"Everything about my stay was wonderful. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was spotless. The view was incredible—I could even see when the cruise ships came in. The food at the restaurant was delicious; I had the salmon, and it was cooked perfectly. They also have a great selection for dinner. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, and it’s easy to walk around and explore. Overall, a 10/10 stay. Highly recommend!"

"EXCELLENT staff, and the QUIRKY nature of the place. The whole hotel was an homage to the film 'Casablanca' - amazing. Management does seem to like it the place COLD, though - a bit of a shock when you enter the place. But as I say, the staff was excellent, and very helpful, especially when it came to checking in early."
