"This was our second time there, and plan to return. The property is super well-managed, clean, quiet, wonderful location close to the beach, shops and a great variety of restaurants. It's always mellow around the swim pool/the hot-tube area. All very-very clean! The rooms are comfortable and very clean, too! They'll replace any items you need within minutes, or you can just ask at the front desk. The double beds are very narrow though, that was the only draw back. My husband and I share one, and our two daughters shared the other, and it was tight! Comfortable mattress, but tight space for two. We wished the quadruple bedrooms had Queen size beds, I'm not sure if that was what was advertised."

"1. The staff was ... meh. My key-card for some reason didn't open my door late at night and I went to the front desk. I guess he had a long day, but he was not helpful and acted as if it was my fault that the card didn't work. Said "you have to be patient, mam; just doing my job, mam" etc, while I said nothing. 2. Lots of construction on the site 3. Restaurant closed early and with no food options in the neighborhood, there is really no place to hang out or get food. In fact all amenities closed on the early side, so nothing to do after 9:00 pm"
