Our room was musty, hair stuck to the ceiling in the shower. The tub would fill with water while you showered and then take 30-60 min to drain. Our door key stopped working every time I left the room. I needed up having to get 4 replacement's. The elevators were sketchy and would get stuck on a floor and the door wouldn’t open. Everything just felt gross. And the pool closing at 10pm is way too early. Overall terrible experience, but we loved the pool, what little time we got to enjoy it. "

"The breakfast that was included was phenomenal. There was a Peruvian restaurant in the front and guest house type residences in back. They had a coffee station available. The rooms were unique and interesting. The bed was very comfortable. You can see some of the ocean from the balcony. There were many restaurants and shopping available to walk to and enjoy. My husband is an artist so he really loved the place and wants to come back and stay. He prefers this over a Hilton or typical hotel. I highly recommend staying here. We will be back. "

"Clean room. Great ocean view. Great location. However they were doing maintenance on the exterior so it was loud by the pool. "

"Changes rooms three times bc AC units in rooms are so loud. Third room still had less than ideal AC rattling, desk had paint splashes and nicks. Food was fine, not outstanding. Pool looks out over a parking lot but there is an ocean view beyond the parking lot. Overall would not return."
