"Needed more stop bys for house keeping, trash builds up quickly. Whoever designed the tub/shower arrangement was incompetent. I am average height and the shower head height was at the middle of my chest. A little more information about how to use equipment (ie the combo washer/dryer for us from North America) would also be handy. "The apartment was great! It was very clean and comfortable. Staff was fantastic! They made check-in very easy for us. Beware! The area around the apartment is rough. Lots of disruptions and loud parties all through the night. Didnt feel safe going out at night. Not an area for families with young kids. We had 3 adultish children and it was still rough."

"Stayed here a couple of times and as usual it was great, the standards have never dropped over the years something some so called bespoke hotels could learn from. It was clean with some nice touches 5 minute walk from train station into the heart of Glasgow. Check in was simple and easy, plenty of off street parking. Would highly recommend."
