Summary:
-Staff (all of them) were absolutely wonderful! Special shout out to shuttle driver Mauro who went above and beyond to help us out. Thank you Mauro!

"The room didn’t have iron/iron board, we called and we asked they told us they could loan us a steamer! We said OK they brought a contract with the steamer. They asked us to sign. This was very strange, uncomfortable!. The room Airconditioning was very loud, very uncomfortable.
We we arrived. They told us check-in is at 3 PM. and the room is not ready we said OK they told us We could go to the bar. So we came back after three at the reception there was lots of people waiting for there turn....

"Property was great and the staff was very helpful. We also enjoyed lovely breakfasts and dinners with an outstanding view from the restaurant. "We had 3 King suites for our group. Two had unusual room/bathroom setup with bath between each bedroom. But not bad for a Holiday Inn. Elevators were adequate as well as parking. Restaurants were accessible and fairly reasonable. Beds comfortable."

"The hotel itself if well positioned - I didn't go there for the view as it's in the busy area, and I was out most of the time.
We had no internet for a few days which made me worried as I didn't have much mobile data left - the hotel staff gave us different story each time we talked about it.
