"Service to airport was terrific and a decent breakfast can be obtained at a very early hour. Property is not on water and there is no water view, bed wasn’t very comfortable, there doesn’t appear to be a restaurant and the photo of a hot tub also appears to be misleading. Property is a half hour walk to the beach."

"This was an actual working Agritourismo farm. The meals were excellent. Their wines are outstanding ( made on the property). Rooms are excellent! We will return!"

Accueil charmant malgré que la dame qui nous a reçus ne parlait qu'italien (le propriétaire ayant dû s'absenter). On a réussi a communiquer grâce aux outils de traduction en ligne. Seul petit problème : les coordonnées GPS fournies pas le proprio ne nous amenaient pas au bon endroit. On a dû chercher l'emplacement en utilisant l'adresse plutôt que les coordonnées GPS fournies."

"This is such a unique property. It was perfect for the night before an early flight. The rooftop bar is so lovely! And we were able to arrange transportation to the airport at 4:30 am at a fraction of the cost of Uber or a taxi. Our room was spacious and the shower had nice water pressure and hot water. There was a market nearby and many restaurants. We would stay here again if we were flying out of Palermo again."

"What an amazing property with unforgettable views! We stay for one night in the rooftop suite while passing through on a quick trip to Sicily before our Mediterranean cruise. The staff exceeded our expectations from check-in to check-out. Very friendly, accommodating, and the bar tender made the best Long Island :) the town had several restaurants and pubs nearby to go wander and explore."

"Located 20mins from Palermo airport in a quiet neighbourhood is this lovely resort with an outdoor pool and a single tennis court. Choice of villas or rooms. Rooms were really comfortable and spacious with lovely amenities. Nice waterfall shower. The breakfast was nice - choice of cereals, extensive bakery range, fresh fruit and hot drinks. Dinner at the restaurant is a real gourmet experience with an excellent selection of wines with wonderful waiting staff. There is no direct beach access from...

"Recomiendo ampliamente este hospedaje en Santa Flavia. El personal muy amable, nos atendieron siempre en todo. El estacionamiento incluido es en la calle enfrente del hotel pero se ve seguro, el desayuno incluido muy bueno y la torre panorámica tiene buena vista, hay varios espacios para tomar el sol y descansar. Las paredes un poco delgadas pero el cuarto y el baño bien, limpio y la presión del agua buena. Hay una cocina compartida que no usamos pero se ve amplia y limpia."

"Newly renovated rooms. Our hostess Marinella was very helpful. Breakfast was in her other location and was easy to find. Everything was clean and new. Central location. A short distance from the train station."

"Great hotel at perfect location. If you have a car, a bit challenging to find because it looks like you are entering forbidden streets though you are not. Would have been helpful if hotel provided driving instructions. Rooms are modern, and service is wonderful. If visiting again, I’d surely stay again."
